If at any time you feel that we're not doing enough please reach out as your feedback is of the utmost importance to us.

We've always attached great importance to the health and safety of our customers, partners and employees, in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we've adopted a series of preventive measures:
  - restricting orders to pre-paid online-only (dependant on the Lockdown Level),
  - regularly disinfecting of the workplace,
  - conducting daily temperature checks,
  - making COVID-19 related information readily available,
  - providing employees with preventative items including facemasks and hand sanitiser,
  - providing physical shield barriers and hand sanitiser in the workplace,
  - allowing employees to work from home where/when possible,
  - conducting all business meetings via digital channels,
  - working with our courier partners to enable a low-touch approach to collection and delivery.

We ask that you work with our courier partners during collections and deliveries, but be safe and follow the guidance as issued by the World Health Organisation, The National Institute for Communicable Diseases (NICD), and the COVID-19 Corona Virus South African Resource Portal.

Our key suppliers are also recovering their production capacity, over the last few months many in-demand products have been frustratingly elusive, we're working hard to swiftly restock our product range and introduce exciting new additions. We thank-you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Support

We've proudly supported multiple projects since the beginning of the outbreak in supplying and sponsoring stock to be used in the production of thermal imaging systems, ventilators and face masks and shields.
