Air quality kit for Raspberry Pi (Air quality kit for RPi)
Description:

The MonkMakes Air Quality Kit for Raspberry Pi is based around the MonkMakes Air Quality Sensor board. This add-on for the Raspberry Pi measures the quality of the air in a room (how stale the air is) as well as the temperature. The board has a display of six LEDs that display the air quality and a buzzer. Temperature and air quality readings can be read by your Raspberry Pi, and the buzzer and LED display can also be controlled from it.

The Air Quality Sensor board, plugs directly into the back of a Raspberry Pi 400, but, can also be used with other models of Raspberry Pi, using the jumper wires and GPIO template included in the kit.

Specifications:

This board uses the CCS811 VOC sensor IC and a TMP235 temperature sensor. It also has a rudimentary display and a buzzer.

The board uses a bi-directional UART interface to communicate with the Pi. The board is designed for use with the Raspberry Pi 400, but also works with other models of Raspberry Pi using the jumper wires included in the kit.

The screw holes in the four corners allow the base to be attached to flat surfaces. When this is not an option, the base features eight slots which are compatible with cable (zip) ties to attach the box to irregular objects.

2. Stackable Cases –  This is made possible by the innovative design of the feet, patented by LeapMatic. Their special shape provides a secure connection to the case underneath.

3. Multiple Ventilation Slots Fan Adapter –  MaticBox has multiple ventilation slots that provide a natural air flow which disperses heat from the single board computer. An active fan can be attached directly inside the case as well. This is helpful when an extension board limits the available space above the processor. The provided fan adapter can be attached to the case’s body and allows for the mounting of 25 x 25 mm fans with heights from 5 mm to 10 mm, working at either 5V or 3.3V. Description:

Do you want to extend the life of your fan, reduce its noise and control it automatically? With this automatic fan MaticControl module you will be able to do this.

Specifications:

Place it on pins 1-8. This is all you have to do on the hardware.

Then from Raspberry icon > Preferences> Raspberry Pi Configuration > Performance tab >set fan enable;
Fan GPIO  4; and the temperature at which you want the fan to turn on. Save with OK.

Thus, when the processor reaches the temperature you set, the fan will turn on. It will turn on off only when the processor temperature drops 10 degrees below the set on temperature. (For example, if you set the On temperature to 75 degrees, the fan will turn off when the processor reaches 65 degrees).
With these few easy steps, you now have automatic fan control.

Kitronik Robotics Board for Raspberry Pi Pico (KT Robotics Board Pico)
Description:

Make the Raspberry Pi Pico the core of your new robotics project with the Kitronik Compact Robotics Board for Raspberry Pi Pico.

The Robotics Board features 2 Dual H Bridge Motor Driver ICs. These are capable of driving 2 standard motors or 1 stepper motor each, with full forward, reverse, and stop control. There are also 8 servo outputs, capable of driving standard and continuous rotation servos. They can all be controlled by the Pico using the I2C protocol, via a 16 channel driver IC. The IO break out provides connections to all the unused pins on the Pico. The 27 available I/O pins allow other devices, such as sensors or ZIP LEDs, to be added to the board.

Power is provided via either a terminal block or servo style connector. The supply is then controlled by an on/off power switch to the board and there is also a green LED to indicate when the board has power. The board then produces a regulated 3.3V supply which is fed into the 3V and GND connections to power the connected Pico. This removes the need to power the Pico separately. The 3V and GND pins are also broken out on the header, which means external devices can also be powered.

To use the robotics board, the Pico should be firmly inserted into the dual row pin socket on the board. Ensure the Pico is inserted with the USB connector at the same end as the power connectors on the robotics board. This will allow access to all of the board functions and each pin broken out.

FLIRC Raspberry Pi Zero Case (Zero Flirc Case)
Description:

The FLIRC Raspberry Pi Zero Case is finally here - overly engineered, affordable and adorable!

The FLIRC Zero shares the same genetics as the original FLIRC case with some added features. FLIRC have kept everything that makes the original case great, shrunk it down, and added some nice elements that make this mini PC for every day carry.

The familiar aluminium casing with a core heatsink and smooth top is there, offering silent, passive and efficient cooling combined with great looks.

The SD Card is enclosed inside the case so it won't slip out or get stolen. The case needs to be disassembled before the SD card can be removed. There’s even a pre-installed lanyard included in the box in case you want to take your Zero somewhere other than the home.

Two top covers are included with the FLIRC Zero – allowing you to hide away and protect your GPIO, or leave it exposed for prototyping your projects. You can even add a pHAT without worrying about your Zero’s temperature.
