Aluminum 2WD TT Robot/Motor Chassis - Purple (aluminum robot chassis purple)

Description:

This Aluminum Chassis in Blinka purple makes for an excellent robot body. It's a single piece of bent 2mm thick aluminum, with a variety of holes, slots and cutouts for mounting boards, sensors, and servos. The sides are notched to fit two DC Gear 'TT' motors perfectly - There are four M3 and nuts are included for mounting the motors. Using your echo-location abilities to detect tasty fish treats. Until genetic modifications catches up with our desires, we'll just have to make do with these handy 3V Ultrasonic Sonar Distance Sensor and a pair of flippers. These ubiquitous sensors are really common in robotics projects, but they can also be used for automation, interactive art and motion sensing. They work at about 2cm to 450cm(5V) or 400cm(3V) away, but we think 10cm-250cm will get you the best results.



These sensors are fast, fairly easy to use, and low cost. Unlike the more common HC-SR04 series, this model can be powered by 3V or 5V and the logic level will be the same. This makes this model great for use with just about any microcontroller or microcomputer. And, its HC-SR04 software compatible so just plug it in and it works the same! (Note the size is different from the HC-SR04 so you may need to make mounting adjustments)

Amplified speaker kit for Raspberry Pi (Amplified Speaker for RPi)
Description:

The Speaker Kit for Raspberry Pi is a small amplified speaker designed for the Raspberry Pi.

Please note that the Amplified Speaker board is available separately and suitable for use with Arduino.

Specifications:

The MonkMakes Amplified Speaker is an easy to use amplified speaker on a PCB.
The board needs a 5V power supply that can be provided by a Raspberry Pi or Arduino.
Audio input will normally be to the 3.5mm stereo audio jack socket, which is mixed to a mono signal as there is just a single speaker on the board. The board is based on the PAM8302 digital amplifier IC.
