This is the LilyPad main board consisting of an ATmega328 using 5V DC power. The latest version of the LilyPad supports automatic reset for even easier programming. The back side of the LilyPad is now completely flat! We now use a surface mount programming connector to keep the header from poking through.
This version of the LilyPad now uses the new ATmega328 at 8MHz. 0016 supports the Pro Mini 328/8MHz/16MHZ. Use this setting when using this new LilyPad 328.

This LilyPad Coin Cell Battery Holder has a small slide switch installed on the board, in-line with the power so you can shut off your project and save batteries. This slide switch is the same as is found on the LilyPad slide switch board, so it's not easy to accidentally turn off or on.
Just like the original Coin Cell Battery Holder, this simple board holds a 20mm coin cell battery (such as a CR2032) and gives you 4 connection points (two positive and two negative) for sewing into your project.

This is a small buzzer for the LilyPad system. Use 2 I/O pins on the LilyPad main board and create different noises based on the different frequency of I/O toggling. Loud enough to hear inside a pocket but not obtrusively loud.
Please note: This is an inductive buzzer meaning that is will act as a short to ground if you are not actively driving it. We recommend you put both I/O pins to low (0V) when the buzzer is not used. Also, it's come to our attention that washing these buzzers will damage them. Until we've figured out a solution to this, avoid washing any portion of your project that contains one of these buzzers.

Use the Tri-Colour LED board as a simple indicator, or by pulsing the red, green, and blue channels, you can create any colour. Very bright output.
This is a common anode(positive) design - to turn on a channel you simply need to ground one of the R/G/B pins to illuminate that channel.

Copper tape can be an interesting addition to your maker toolbox. The tape itself is made of thin pure copper so it's extremely flexible and can take on nearly any shape. You can solder to it, and the tape itself can carry current just like a normal wire. On the back is an electrically conductive adhesive. The adhesive can't carry significant current, but it is very handy for sensing applications where you don't want to solder the copper tape.
We've seen such tape used for EMI shielding, working with EL, making capacitive touch pads, ultra-thin wiring needs, etc.
It comes in a roll 25 meters long, and this tape is 5mm wide and .07mm thick. The tape has conductive adhesive on one side and a protective paper backing over the adhesive.

This is conductive stainless steel sewing thread. Very thin, strong, smooth and is suited to build wearable products.
Stainless steel fiber yarn has its ability in thermal resistant up to 1300 degrees, and these spun yarn can produce into different kind of electromagnetic shielding fabrics, and in producing permanent shielding and conductive products.
