Normal printing speeds for the Creality Ender-7 are up to 250mm per second, representing a breakthrough in high-speed 3D printing. This rapid printing is instant, while still maintaining high moulding precision and quality.
Linear rail, high precision
The Creality Ender-7 employs linear rail technology to reduce movement resistance to lower levels and deliver smooth operation with high precision positioning and long-lasting durability.
Core-XY structure, robust motor
With a Core-XY structure and dual parallel motors, operating is coordinated at higher speeds with great precision. Ender-7 also features a customized 42-60 high-power stepper motor.
Smooth discharge, & stable feeding
With a customised high volume nozzle, the volume of the melting chamber has been increased to 50mm3 and the heating block increased to 4000mm3. Filaments are fully melted and can be smoothly discharged when printing at high speed.
Sustained cooling despite high temperatures
The dual butterfly cooling fans also aid in more stable feeding. Compared to a single fan, the dual fans increase overall air volumes by nearly 170%, ensuring rapid, sustained cooling of high-speed printed models.
