Hobbywing 5V 3A UBEC Step-Down Converter (3C3 Hobbywing power converter)

UBEC's (Universal Battery Eliminator Circuit's) are simply DC to DC step down voltage regulators! The Hobbywing 5V 3A UBEC is a switch-mode type, which results in it being much more efficient than linear type UBEC's (so your batteries will last longer!)

UBEC's are perfect for applications where you plan to use the Raspberry Pi in a circuit with high voltages such as robots where you'll be driving motors!

Due to the voltage drop caused by the Raspberry Pi, it is recommended to input a minimum of 6.5V to receive a stable 5V output. Anything lower than 6.5V will result in a low voltage warning on the Pi.

The Usage of "Don't pipe":
Its function is to inhibit the switched source. If they are open, the source does not give tension. 
If the short circuits, for example with a relay, the source generates the voltage to which it is regulated with the potentiometer.
There will be no problem in controlling the motor using these pins.

Pi Supply Gert VGA 666 Hardware VGA for Raspberry Pi (Gert VGA)

Description:

The  Gert VGA 666 (6 bits per colour channel, hence 666) is a  breakout/add-on board for the Raspberry Pi Model B+ (will not work with  Model A/B as the additional GPIO pins on the Model B+ are required). It  is an open source hardware design recently released publicly by Gert van  Loo who was one of the hardware engineers that was instrumental in the  initial design of the original Raspberry Pi (also one of the chip  architects on the BCM2835 chip at the heart of the Raspberry Pi) and  someone that many of you may have spoken to at Raspberry Jams or on the  Raspberry Pi forums. It is a neat and very useful solution for using a  VGA screen/monitor with your Raspberry Pi and is far cheaper than an  HDMI to VGA adapter or similar. The VGA connection is driven natively in  hardware over the GPIO pins (using a parallel interface) and uses  around the same CPU load as the HDMI connection on board. It is capable  of displaying 1080p60 VGA video with no CPU load. It is also possible to  drive this interface at the same time as the HDMI connection, so a dual  screen setup is also possible. This add-on was not possible on the  Model A and B pis, because not all of the required pins had been brought  out to the GPIO header. Yet another awesome upgrade that the Model B+ has allowed for!

Please note: this add-on on board uses all but 6 of the GPIO pins on the Model B+ Raspberry Pi so it may not be possible to use  other add on boards at the same time as the VGA adapter. Why a kit? We love electronics kits for a multitude of reasons - they are fun to  put together, you get a sense of achievement at the end of it, they are  great for learning about soldering and electronics and many many more  reasons... At Pi Supply we are quite keen on the whole education and fun  aspect of the Raspberry Pi and computing and electronics in general, so  we feel that a kit is much more worthwhile to all of our backers.  However, you don't need to be a soldering god or an electronics pro to  put our kits together - Gert has made this simple enough even for  absolute beginners to put together. The images in this project show  surface mount resistors, however, for the purposes of the kit we will be  supplying all through hole components. There was also a concern about  EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) regulations which could cause a  problem if made as a fully assembled board. This regulation does not  cover home made electronics and so a kit makes more sense for this  reason as well.

Calibration method:

Under power off situation, Holding left button and power the supply,when the  display begin flashing, release left button, with multimeter measuring the output voltage, by pressing the left and right button ,adjust the multimeter measuring voltage to near 5V, such as 5.00V ,4.98V or 5.02V,at this stage, please ignore the display on this item. After adjustment,please power it off and then power on again, calibration is completed. Errors can be calibrated in 0.04V, if the error is greater, you can try to re-calibrate it again.

The UPS PIco LP/LF/Li-Ion 18650 Battery Holder is an add-on board for the UPS PIco HV3.0A/B/B+ HATs that enables use of the widely available 18650 Li-Ion batteries. Simply swap out the LiPo battery included with the PIco, and you can use 18650's instead! 18650 batteries have a capacity of ~ 3000mAh.

Each 18650 Battery Holder is equipped with inverse battery insertion protection, however we strongly recommend that you use PCB protected batteries.

This is the "Double" 18650 holder, which is able to take two batteries. Batteries are NOT included in the purchase!

And yes, you could just pull the battery, or maybe you've even sewn a LilyPad slide switch in-line. Wouldn't it be nice if there was just a switch on the battery? Well look no further.

This LilyPad Coin Cell Battery Holder has a small slide switch installed on the board, in-line with the power so you can shut off your project and save batteries. This slide switch is the same as is found on the LilyPad slide switch board, so it's not easy to accidentally turn off or on.

Just like the original Coin Cell Battery Holder, this simple board holds a 20mm coin cell battery (such as a CR2032) and gives you 4 connection points (two positive and two negative) for sewing into your project.
